Primary sawing squares the irregular shaped blocks for maximum yield, and careful selection determines further processing. The largest blocks up to 2m x 1m are cut on the frame saws. Steel blades impregnated with industrial diamonds slice them into random slabs of a predetermined thickness prior to onward processing.
